Appointments
All of our medical specialists and allied health professionals visits are by appointment only.
All consultations are by appointment only and must come with a referral from your GP or another specialist. A referral allows you to access the Medicare Rebate.
Service Fee
Our medical specialists and allied health professionals are independent practitioners and each sets their own fee.
Each specialist sets their own cancellation policy.
At the time of booking your appointment, our staff will provide you the details of the fee and cancellation policy.

We ask that you pay the account in full on the day of consultation.

Please ensure you bring a bank card with CHQ/SAV option so that we can
process your rebate for you on the day, this can take 24-48 hours to reach
your account.

If you do not have a bank care with CHQ/SAV option, reception staff will
provide you with a copy of your receipt so that you can make a claim through Medicare Online or in person.
